Cluster Farming Holding Ltd is a Ghana enterprise that facilitates appropriate aquaculture technologies in the field of catfish farming for sustainable use by (smallholder) catfish farmers in Ghana. Our company is always looking for new employees to strengthen our team.

You

• Forward thinking and proactive, prepared to get involved at all levels
• Team orientation skills
• Continue to act effectively by adjusting to changing circumstances, responsibilities or people
• Ability to work under pressure, interact with staff at all levels and high personal integrity
• Fully aware about the agriculture or aquaculture sector
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  
• Computer literate - MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and working with Google Drive
  

Experience

• Farm management / supervision at a fish or poultry farm - Plus
• Knowledge of agriculture or aquaculture techniques - catfish spawning (IVF) or chick hatching - Essential
• Ability to lead and manage a medium to large team - Essential
• Knowledge of all current techniques, technology and machinery – Preferred
• Knowledge of water quality and maintenance - Essential
  
• Knowledge of feeding techniques / regimes at hatchery level - Plus
  
• Ability to live and work in remote and basic conditions – Essential
